Information we process

Depending on the services enabled by an agency, Careotics may process account details, workforce records, care plans, shift notes, location verification events, communications, and billing or compliance records. Agencies decide what care information they enter and which people may access it.

How information is used

We use information to provide the Careotics Platform, authenticate users, operate tenant workspaces, support scheduling and care delivery, protect the service, respond to requests, and improve reliability. We do not use care information for unrelated advertising.

  • Access is constrained by tenant, role, and relationship permissions.
  • Security and audit events are retained to investigate misuse and meet operational obligations.
  • AI-assisted features are presented as support tools and remain subject to agency review.

Agency responsibility

The agency or organisation that invites a person to Careotics is generally responsible for deciding the lawful basis, notices, permissions, retention periods, and response process for the information it controls. Care recipients and family members should contact their agency for questions about records in that agency workspace.

Requests and contact

For privacy questions, access requests, corrections, or deletion requests, contact the organisation that manages your Careotics workspace. Platform-level requests can be directed to the Careotics service team through the support channel provided with your account.
