Permitted use
Use Careotics to coordinate authorised care, manage workforce operations, communicate with care teams, maintain records, and perform related administrative work within the tenant you are authorised to use.
Prohibited activity
You must not:
- Access, probe, or export another tenant's data.
- Share credentials, impersonate another person, or defeat location, consent, or role controls.
- Upload malware, unlawful content, or information you do not have the right to process.
- Use automated activity that degrades the service or circumvents rate limits.
- Treat AI output as an unreviewed clinical, employment, financial, or emergency decision.
Reporting concerns
Report suspected security issues, unauthorised access, harmful content, or incorrect permissions through the support path supplied by your agency or Careotics account team. Include enough detail to help us investigate without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
Enforcement
We may investigate activity that threatens people, tenants, or the service. Depending on the circumstances, access may be restricted, suspended, or revoked while the agency and Careotics assess the issue.
